Savour the experience of local seasonal produce
From your arrival through to your farewell you have the option to graze through a rolling menu of culinary treats from our region. This can be complimented by refreshments including beer, cider, wine, gin and vodka, all from local producers. When you elect to enjoy one of our PREMIUM DINING packages your beverages are all included. Specific menu selections are not provided as our focus will always be on seasonal produce at the time of your visit. Naturally, any dietary preferences notified will be taken into consideration. Before your visit we will discuss your preferences and work to provide a tailor-made experience for your stay. A LOCAL PRODUCE DINING menu is also available whereby choices can be made and drinks are not included but can be ordered. We prepare all the food on site after visiting local producers in the lead up to your visit, carefully making selections to ensure quality and variety. A STANDARD DINING menu is also available with self cater options and drinks can be ordered from an in-house list.
