You will enjoy a true farm-stay experience at Graze-Ballan and although we are close-by to answer any questions, your section of the property is secluded and private. If you’re bringing a four legged friend, rest assured your area is fenced, albeit your furbaby is welcome to enjoy a larger area with our Kelpie, Daisy, as a playmate.

The Gypsy Van and Retro Caravan offer a great relaxing kick back space and the Log Cabin for dining and relaxation. There’s a  large private bathroom and a potbelly on the cabin verandah, ideal for comforting soup or mulled wine to warm you in winter. If you are self catering there’s an under shelter camp kitchen with a barbeque, hotplate, microwave, toaster, mini oven, sink and all the pots and pans you will need.

The entire space is all yours.  Our occasional visits to serve food (if you have ordered it) are kept to a minimum, and never without pre-arrangement. We can’t however guarantee the same courtesy from our guinea fowls who may pay a visit from time to time.

On arrival we’ll take you on a mini tour and make sure you’re settled in with all you need. You’re welcome to roam the large paddock which is home to our very friendly goats and sheep who will welcome your presence with the treats bucket we provide.

Linen, towels, toiletries and dressing gowns are all provided in the Gypsy Van but we ask that you supply your own linen or sleeping bags for the caravan (we’ll still supply towels and dressing gowns). Blankets for around the campfire in the cooler months are in your rooms and the rooms are well heated with the cabin also housing an air-conditioner for the warmer months.

You can design your stay to suit your personal preferences.  Simply pay for the accommodation and self cater or include some food and drinks from our menus. We supply basic breakfast items such as cereals and bread to start you off for your stay, and tea and coffee is also included.

Check in and out is Midday and we are flexible on this where able.

You can see available dates by using the calendar in the RIPARIDE booking system. We have elected to use them exclusively as our external bookings agent.  You can however also email me directly and I can check availability for you, take your booking and send you an invoice. 

You can book directly with us, simply email us here. We charge $125 per night for a single or couple and $25 per extra person per night. Plus a $100 cleaning fee. (Riparide pricing may vary slightly from this). Minimum stay/charge is two nights and we request a $100 deposit to secure your booking.

A full refund is afforded for cancellations 7 days out from your booking. Within 7 days a forfeit of $100 applies unless reasons are based on government restrictions. In these cases a full refund applies. (Riparide policies may vary from this slightly)

Once booking is sorted through us or Riparide we will forward you our in house menu and further details regarding your stay.
