Create your perfect Stay

You can design your stay to suit your personal preferences.  Simply pay for the accommodation and bring everything you need or include some food and drinks from our menus. We do supply basic breakfast items such as cereals and bread to start you off for your stay, and of course, tea and coffee is also included. Check in and out is Midday and we are flexible on this where able.

Fees:

We charge $80 per night for the first person and then $35 per extra person per night. Minimum stay is two nights.  Full payment can be made at the time of booking but if you prefer you can simply pay a $150 deposit to ensure dates are held. We will then call you to arrange payment over the phone by either EFT or CC. within 7 days of your arrival. Extra services and pre-ordered meals can also be paid for at that time

Although we have a minimum 2 night stay/charge we have also created SPECIAL CELEBRATION PACKAGES which are ideal for a one night stay or a perfect gift. These can be booked on the Ask Us Page

Extra services:

Airport or City pickups – $100 (one way). Transport to Daylesford or Ballarat – $25 (one way). Babysitting (subject to pricing and availability). Winery, distillery and producer tours – $150 (3 to 4 venues – 4 hours – max 4 people). Complimentary services include Ballan station transfers and pet sitting (pending our availability for both). All extra services  must be secured at the same time as booking your accommodation.

Cancellations:

A full refund is afforded for cancellations 7 days out from your booking. Within 7 days a forfeit of $150 applies unless reasons are based on government restrictions. In these cases a full refund applies.
